Reporting a Safety Information/Side Effect

Patient’s health and ensuring the safety of our products is our top priority. In order for us to monitor and assess the ongoing safety of our treatments, we encourage patients and their healthcare professional to report suspected safety information/side effect.

A Safety information refers to an information which details an untoward medical occurrence experienced by a person following the use of a medicinal product i.e. adverse event, adverse drug reaction or fatal outcome. It also refers to special situation such as product exposure via parent, lack of therapeutic efficacy, product overdose, product abuse, product misuse, off-label use, occupational exposure, intercepted or potential medication error…
